Warm Reiki Hugs & a BIG Welcome to our 168th Reiki Boost here on the Hive account@reiki-trail.

I hope your day is going well my friends.

Today we are giving ourselves the gift of Boosting our bubble of Self Love, Compassion & Respect.

Before we continue, for anyone that may not know or may be new here. The Reiki Healing Symbols that are used as part of each of my Reiki Boosts are shown in the above image. They are as follows:

Cho Ku Rei - This ancient healing symbol is used for activating the flow of Universal Life Force Energy to a particular area for a specific purpose (such as protection, purification, etc.)

Sei He Ki - This ancient healing symbol is used for creating Harmony & Balance & working with Mental/Emotional Bodies.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen - This ancient healing symbol is used during quantum healing/distance treatments.

Dai Ko Myo - This ancient healing symbol is known as the Master Symbol and is used for working with personal (or collective) Karma as well as all purpose treatments.

As we bring our awareness to the present moment, Here and Now, in this Sacred Space

We are choosing to align with & harmonize to the highest of intentions that we are setting forth for ourselves.

In complete knowing of Who We Truly Are -- The Master of Our Own Being, let us now engage in conscious breathing to open & pre-cleanse & prepare our vessel for this Reiki Boost.

Remember that there is no need to rush or hurry.

Relax into this NOW Moment. Injoy the cycle of breath in (hold for aprox. 3 seconds) and the process of exhaling (slowly and intentionally, also for an approximate count of 3 seconds). Repeat this process a few times, following the guidance of your intuition to know when you're ready to activate your Healing Boost.

When you are ready

Please repeat the following affirmation to yourself three times to activate the energy infused within this Reiki Healing Invocation. (Although doing so silently is effective, I recommend speaking the affirmation aloud -- give it a try and see if this powers things up even further for you as well.)

"The love that I have and feel for myself is palpable, it is contagious. I exude joy from my Being, radiating optimism, hope, compassion, confidence, respect & wisdom. I choose carefully the directions in which I allow my awareness to venture. I am certain to invest time & energy inward, each day, for my own personal growth & development. The dedication I have for my well-being can be felt in my conviction for self improvement. I move with an air of knowingness, serenity & love, therefore, the very movement of my Soul's presence wondering through any space sparks waves of transformation and healing.
