There are some people that are addicted to arguments and fighting but if you really seek to end conflict with your loved one, you need to ignore so many things and act opposite of how you feel at that moment.

Pause,when you get angry pause and think dont just react to how you feel, because at that time you are burning inside,let that fire die down through a pause.
Do not think of anything past just think of the present on how to fix the issues immediately take a deep breath it helps in relieving anger.

Approach your loved one and hold hands not just holding hands but interlock your fingers with theirs. It is said you can't be mad at someone when you are holding hands. A study has shown that people can cope with pain and discomfort when the hold hands,because the act of holding hand decreases the level of stress hormones like cortisol in their body.

Embrace your love one for a hug, not just a short one but for atleast 1 minutes and make sure you both feel your heart beats.As you embrace your love one close your eyes and breath deeply.

As you are still embarrassing your loved one imagine where you will be in the future and how short life could be,this will let you understand that your time in this world is short,same is the time you have to spend with your loved ones. After 30 seconds open your eyes and you realize how valuable they're are to you.
