I must admit it really puzzled me when I saw the transfer,
but took me about 1.5 seconds to figure out what you were doing,
which I confirmed by reading this post.
What you must consider is that what you said to barry really set me off.
it was something like "if you coming to the bay area we can meet "
(WHICH YOU LATER EDITED OUT)
this guy Ben has lots of arrest warrants in the US as you might know if you
inform yourself before commenting on someones blog.
Not only that but his wife and child left him because of government pressure
and are in the US so he cannot see them.
In other words, you were fucking with him, either intentionally or because you are uninformed, which makes no difference to me.
Regarding the 1.50 I would take it as payment for the translation for the homeless I did for for which I didnt receive anything.
Regarding your mention of Laura:
If you cannot see why I do what I do with Laura,
Im willing to talk about it like gentlemen,
I feel this is an untouchable subject that nobody wants to touch,
like a hot potato, and I do have very valid concerns, I will begin here and see if you are willing to
listen to me and talk openly like gentleman about this subject.
1- Go through Lauras posts and tell me what you see,
do you see that almost every post she mades is a tale of victimhood designed to get attention,
designed to make people feel sorry for her, designed to manipulate the emotions of the readership
into upvoting her to compensate for whatever story of victimhood she tells?
I think you can see this, can you?
2- Are we not incentivizing Laura AND other people to tell even more stories of victimhood to atttract attention? Are we not clearly telling her with votes that her stories of victimhood are valued content,
and that she should produce more such stories? I think we are, and Im very concerned that this type of content is rewarded, while HUNDREDS of people here in Steemit GET NOTHING, for producing content that actually is productive and helps people.
How does it help this community to hear stories of victimhood, what is the value that adds?
to give a voice to victims? If there is indeed value in that we should go to homeless shelters,
reformatories, etc. and get those people to add more value to the platform by telling all the sad things about their life, there are MILLIONS of REAL victims in the world,
would you like to have 1000 lauralemons in steemit? Think about it.
3- Remember that every 400 dollars we give Laura and the likes are 400 dollars that do not go
to actual content that is productive and sustainable. How many people do you know here in steemit that get NOTHING for content that is actually productive and useful and could use 20 dollars a day for their content? Wouldnt it be better to give 20 people 20 dollars aday, than giving laura 400 for a story about how she (supposedly) was in foster care.
I look forward to your response and I apologize for insulting you yesterday.
Have a nice day
