THE MINISTRY OF CHRIST
Jesus stated His divine origin and mission clearly, plainly, and repeatedly.
Jesus preached:
• Repentance from sin,
• Declared the Gospel of the Kingdom,
• Told all about God, His Father,
• Rebuked the religious hypocrites,
• Gave lessons on humility,
• Wooed the weary sinner to come unto Him for rest,
• To eat of the Tree of Life forever.
• Warned men against the lake of fire,
• Prophesied the destruction of Jerusalem, and the end of the world,
• And promised to come back again.
The ministry of Christ was not limited to the synagogue seat or the temple steps. He ministered to people everywhere He found them.
Jesus taught openly to the public in parables, and explained things more plainly unto His close followers.
Some may like to talk about what they have done for the Lord, but we could all talk forever about what Jesus has done for us.
