I have seen so many people on Steemit from different parts of the world and I am very curious about what religion people follow. This post is not for a debate but rather to see how much diversity we have here. Did you come to your belief system because your parents believed that way or did your find your own path?
I am sure there will be those who look down on any form of relegion and if you are one of those people please be respectful of those of us who do hold to a belief. My parents and grandparents were all Christian and they took me to church when I was small. When I was 10 years old I had a very personal and supernatural encounter with God one Sunday morning. I did not understand it fully back then but I have sincerely tried to follow the God of the bible since that moment until now. I do believe in Jesus and my parents never forced religion on me.
Please take a moment to share you beliefs. I applaud everyone who has the courage and desire to share their beliefs on steemit. I know this is a risky post but I am counting on the goodness of people to prevail.
