Today I would like to look at Ephesians 4 verse 25 to 27
25)No more lying, then! Each of you must tell the truth to one another, because we are all members together in the body of Christ.
26)If you become angry, do not let your anger lead you into sin, and do not stay angry all day.
27)Don't give the Devil a chance.
In these verses we are told how act, we must not lie to each other. Lying destroys relationships between people, it breaks down trust among people and leads to quarrels among each other.
Further when we become angry, we must not do wrong things. By venting our anger unthinking, we may hurt other people and also destroy relationships. When we suppress our anger, it may again lead to bitterness. When we become angry we must act on it, in such a manner not to destroy relationships and by hurting others.
By bottling up anger or by venting unthinking, we give the devil a foothold.
Have a wonderful day.
