I LOVE working from coffee shops. The smells, the calm conversations, the coffee—but it seems more and more coffee shops are setting policies against bringing your laptop.
Some of my tips are pretty common sense, but I hope we can all be a little more caring towards our beloved coffee shop owners because I can't imagine life without caffeine-fueled writing sessions.
Tip #1: Buy something when you're there!
Tip #2: Go during the slower early morning and mid-afternoon hours
Tip #3: Wear headphones! No loud videos and phone calls please (you're disturbing the peace)
Tip #4: Make friends with the staff
