The apartment complex I live in uses "entrata" for their property management software stack.... which according to their website uses realpage for yieldstar "asset optimization"

references, "yieldstar" (asset optimization) as the app that's the problem. Which is exactly what our management group uses, according to what little info I could glean from the website for my apartment and the previous mentioned links (entrata integrations being the main point).

Which led me down a rabbit hole of rage, as they increased our rent nearly $150/mo a few months back. Wage slavery came up a few times in my research,.. and boy can I relate.
Sadly, the management group I'm under isn't included in the lawsuit. I'm not sure exactly how entrenched they are in this mess... But maybe there will be another lawsuit coming.
It's not looking good.
