Human prefer faulty robots to flawless
ones
A research into human interaction with robots
has revealed that we are more comfortable using
faulty robots than flawless ones.
By analysing human response to erroneous robots and perfect ones, it was found that people found
erroneous robots more likeable than perfect ones.
Researchers say that by reading human social signals, a robot can understand if there is an error and react accordingly.
