Today, we the first Full Moon Retreat Circle my friends Claudia and Bonnie organized. I was there as the Laughter Yoga Teacher.
This is the room before anyone arrived. The property is in La Mesa, a city in San Diego County.
Even though the property is close to a busy street, once inside the yard, it is like entering a different world.
I will show you more of the yard and the house in the next few days.
37 women came to be part of the afternoon dedicated to creating connections, to allow us all to play and create a vision how we want our life to be.
The walls of the room are painted in a nature scene and the ceiling is a sky with happy clouds.
Laughter filled the room much of the day and everyone went home with a smile on their faces.
