It's time for an addendum to my old post on dairy-free eggnog substitutes!
SO Delicious Dairy-Free Coconut Holiday Nog has good flavor, a properly goopy consistency, and only slight coconut hints in the taste, unlike the strong Califa almond flavor. For those leery of soy, it's certainly a better option than Silk. The price isn't completely outrageous for an occasional holiday treat. I would rank this above either of the nog imitations I reviewed before.
Of course, if egg nog isn't your thing, this won't be to your liking either, and the calorie load is certainly authentic even if the ingredients aren't.
