400 days of swimming
Beginning June 4, 2018
It is a swim diary that swims about 400 calendar days.
I do not know how to get directions, but I'll split it into several parts.
- Starting instrument
There are many ways to get started. The original swimming was on the wish list, but it was on the bottom.
It was a decisive moment when my friends and I went to a foreign hotel swimming pool last year and only had a gigahome.
I want to try swimming. I like traveling, but if I go to a good swimming pool in the future, I think I should know how to swim around.
There 's also reason to be better. The introduction of the PC-OFF solution from May to June last year, 52 hours a week was introduced, and the atmosphere of leaving the company was free. The main house is Seoul, but because of the company, I live alone in a single lodging house and I come down to the provinces, and it is because of the wobbles and the reason why I do not have dinner. So I decided to go to dinner at 7 pm and decided to go swimming at 7:30 pm.
I have had old water phobia from the past (I can not say that it is not even now.) It seemed to be a great help to get started by scuba diving in Thailand.
- Learning to swim
Swimming started at 19:00 class beginner class. As I mentioned earlier, I was able to relax because I was fat, so I went to a lesson in the form of a fellowship and a free swimming in the water. We can swim freely, not class.
Later, I got some leisure time and had some fun.
So far this schedule is almost similar. However, if I have a few occasional meals, promises, business trips, or work, I have gone several times, but I think I go about 2.5 times a week. When I first started, I went even harder.
At first I tried hard mainly for class, but looking back, free swimming was very helpful.
I watched a lot of YouTube before going to the free swimming, but I was worried about what was wrong.
I saw what you want to see on YouTube. There are many good images.
When I started, my swimming skills were not even water bottles.
Once I started to swim, my posture was a problem, but at first I was bothered by breathing. I could not breathe at all.
I think I've found all the videos about breathing on YouTube. We have 10-20 days of re-enrollment every month, but since I can not breathe for more than a month, I thought I'd give up again. But I tried to make a joke, but it took only 45 days to breathe. There is not much to do with breathing, but I have to breathe out, shake hands, emit and shake hands, and I can do this twice. There is still a little distance from the normal swimming .. However, breathing has been improved after 45 days since the opening. I thought I was not going to be swimming for a long time. I thought I was slow, but when I see what I'm doing, I think everyone else can do it.
Freestyle originally aimed for the first time. Last year my goal was to go 25m away. It took me about three months to get there.
After that, I continued to go beyond the target, and I was able to go up to 25m - 50m - omnipresent and 100m.
It was 25m long, and it grew steadily. It was about 2000m when I was six months old.
The fortress is trying to take care of the kicking and posture more and speeding up.
I can not tell you much about the swimming style though ...

There are so many things to talk about by the way, but this is not a swimming community.

Life sports leader, life guard, match etc.
- Swimming hard work (life sports leader, life guard, game, making swimming friend etc.)
Part for swimmers. I swam so hard that I thought I should have a little goal.
So the first thing I think is certification. There are not so many swimming related qualifications.
There are life guards, athletic athletic leaders, and so on. Lifeguard is a lifesaving agent who works in Guard Alba, and life sports instructors are licensed instructors.
LifeGuard aims to acquire this year, but missed the application period;
I am very interested in applying for this summer.
If you work hard in 1+ year of hydroelectricity, it seems to be a challenging certification.
As for the life physical education leader, it is a lot of election because it is a certification to become a teacher anyway.
So the standards are tough; Writing - Practical - Oral - Training is done in that order.
Practice is the biggest problem. I have passed the handwriting and I have practiced it, but the pass is not enough yet.
The practical standard is IM (butterfly - backstroke - breaststroke - freehand) 100, within 1 minute 30 seconds.
It is a once in a year, but I try to work hard with a long breath.
I have not had the experience yet, but I am interested in it, so I made a lot of swimming friends. (Both off-line)
I would like to go out several times this year depending on my friends.
I can not do things like prizes, I have fun, I want to work harder and try harder.
I am planning this plan anyway.
In addition, I am thinking about going to play with friends, surfing and leisure.
I have stayed a lot, but this winter vacation is going to be a strand in Southeast Asia!
- Swimming and health
Is swimming a diet effect? Are you curious?
From the conclusion, it seems to be about 10 + kg missing. My current specification is 180cm / 68kg. I think I should have been about 80 before I started swimming. But is it because of swimming? When you swim is not all. I also had some dietary adjustments.
When I went to eat before going to the swimming, I was burdened, so I went to the public swimming and I ate a lot of cereal + yogurt + nuts.
The morning is originally called, and the lunch is ordinary in the company. But this was the first time that I had fallen.
As you may know, there is not a lot of weight in a dramatic way. 0.1 0.1 0.1 is accumulated.
When I ask a diet, I talk a lot from this. If you go swimming, you will end up with a good weight, and you will always lose weight.
I have seen the effects of swimming as well as the weight of the eyes and the body of the eye.
Now that I'm out of the way .. I just eat regular diet.
Swimming and diet for swimmers are a fun topic to talk about every day.
There is a slight exercise effect, but swimming ≠ diet is not what I heard and felt.
I do not live by swimming alone. After all, I have a bit of exercise after all the laws are in place.
I do not have the amount of exercise, but I think it is difficult to lose weight as a living athletic.
Actually, I feel that I have to lose weight due to the diet.
But somehow the health has become enormous.
I have lost my weight, but I feel like I'm in the best physical condition in my life right now because I have a lot of exercise.
- Swimming Equipment
I did not have to take a swim out of the swimming equipment.
One of the biggest advantages of swimming is that it does not need much equipment.
Hydroponics - Swimwear - Humor - (toiletries) is over.
It is easy to get started because it costs tens of thousands of people.
In addition, the swimming pool fee is also inexpensive (approx. 5 ~ 100 thousand won per municipal standard).
Of course, I'm not talking about cheap equipment.
When you swim, you could swim and have a lot of world of equipment.

It's just an exercise I started, but now swimming seems to have taken a big part in my life.
I usually swim a lot of thoughts and think about going swimming in the day schedule.
Weekend hobby is now part of the slippery .. I feel like it is a good exercise to feel free to do.
It is good for healthy exercise, but it is also very good for leisure when I go to play some time ago.
I learned to swim, so I can definitely play more.
