It has come to my attention that the way I have set up the game may not be acceptable to a segment of the Hive community. Basically, providing a return of the rewards for the an upvote is frowned upon. Several ideas are in the works to base the game on comments and deciding the win or loss on the txid of the comments. Or, perhaps, I will return to basing the win or loss on some process of choosing the number from the state lottery. When I have chosen the format for the game I will announce it along with the new rules.
I believe that as long as I do not solicit an upvote from you all, then I am okay to proceed with the game.
In the meantime. As for the previous winners of the games earlier this year, I have decided to divide the winnings of each game amongst the eligible upvoters for that game to bring the outstanding payments to a close quickly. In that spirit:
