XRP is sluggish in the mid teens and it cannot break out over .20 cents again towards .30 cents. It seems most in Cryptos are not returning to buy XRP, which has fallen down in price, but it cannot get up. Even many hardcore Ripple people that were pumping XRP said they sold their Ripple and they didn't rebuy. There must be a reason?
