Saludos!! En este post quise iniciar con el extracto de un escrito maravilloso de uno de mis poetas preferidos, Mario Benedetti. Por qué? Porque hoy quiero resaltar el valor de las comunidades virtuales que se han ido conformando en el entorno de HIVE, y más específicamente desde los juegos que se desarrollan en esta red, tales como Rising Star y otros.
Juego en Rising Star desde hace un mes y 12 días. Durante este breve tiempo he interactuado en varias comunidades como ya les he mencionado en mis escritos anteriores. Éstas se conforman con objetivos comunes que permiten a sus participantes interactuar, convivir y compartir espacios de calidad, de aprendizaje y disfrute, en torno a juegos y otras tantas actividades. He observado que el desarrollo comunitario y la participación son procesos inseparables de las mismas, donde cada persona favorece la consolidación de la comunidad, asume responsabilidades, toma decisiones y se compromete en consecuencia. Cada uno aporta su tiempo, conocimientos, experiencias y sus valores en esta continua interacción del día a día.
Es maravilloso constatar cómo estas comunidades virtuales se transforman en espacios sin fronteras (haciendo propias las palabras de Rheingold en “La comunidad Virtual”) donde se da la comunicación inmediata con personas de otros países y culturas, “en un fluido intercambio de ideas y proyectos, de consejos y apoyo de todo tipo y donde las personas más alejadas simplemente se divierten juntos” (Rheingold).

He conocido de esa gente que habla Benedetti en estas comunidades, gente buena onda, que vibra, que sabe lo que hay que hacer y lo hace, personas de Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, México, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, España, Estados Unidos, Chile, entre otros. Gente linda de buen ánimo, que regalan sonrisas (y esto lo experimento a cada instante pues me hacen reir muchísimas veces durante el día mientras permanezco tras el teclado).
En cada una de ellas podemos identificar a líderes que van orientado, guiando y animando. Comprometidos y solidarios. Proactivos y responsables. Que dedican parte de sus vidas en este proceso de construcción, desarrollo comunitario y participación. Personas que “ofrecen sus manos y ayudan generosamente sin esperar nada a cambio” como bien lo expresa Benedetti. Algunos de ellos

Para cerrar, puedo afirmar que estoy compartiendo en espacios donde es posible el desarrollo personal y comunitario, que cada día crezco y aprendo de cada uno, que Rising Star me invita a construir mis propias estrategias, pero en constante interacción con mis compañeros que me muestran sus experiencias dentro del juego; en fin, que estoy enamorada de estas comunidades y estas personas que la conforman y a las cuales agradezco constantemente el haberme recibido y hacerme sentir que estoy en casa!!!! Greetings! In this post I wanted to start with an excerpt from a wonderful writing of one of my favorite poets, Mario Benedetti. Why? Because today I want to highlight the value of the virtual communities that have been formed in the HIVE environment, and more specifically from the games that are developed in this network, such as Rising Star and others.
I have been playing in Rising Star for a month and 12 days. During this short time I have interacted in several communities as I have already mentioned in my previous writings. These communities are formed with common objectives that allow their participants to interact, live together and share quality spaces for learning and enjoyment, around games and other activities. I have observed that community development and participation are inseparable processes, where each person favors the consolidation of the community, assumes responsibilities, makes decisions and commits himself/herself accordingly. Everyone contributes their time, knowledge, experiences and values in this continuous day-to-day interaction.
It is wonderful to see how these virtual communities are transformed into spaces without borders (in the words of Rheingold in "The Virtual Community") where there is immediate communication with people from other countries and cultures, "in a fluid exchange of ideas and projects, of advice and support of all kinds and where the most distant people simply have fun together" (Rheingold).

I have met the people that Benedetti talks about in these communities, good people, who vibrate, who know what to do and do it, people from Argentina, Venezuela, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Spain, United States, Chile, among others. Beautiful people in good spirits, who give smiles (and I experience this at every moment because they make me laugh many times during the day while I remain behind the keyboard).
In each one of them we can identify leaders who are guiding, guiding and encouraging. Committed and supportive. Proactive and responsible. Who dedicate part of their lives to this process of construction, community development and participation. People who "offer their hands and help generously without expecting anything in return" as Benedetti rightly puts it. Some of them

To close, I can say that I am sharing in spaces where personal and community development is possible, that every day I grow and learn from everyone, that Rising Star invites me to build my own strategies, but in constant interaction with my colleagues who show me their experiences within the game; in short, that I am in love with these communities and these people who make it up and to whom I am constantly grateful for having received me and make me feel that I am at home !!!!
