It is done - as far as I believe. Everything necessary is booked. With the last booking just for a parking lot for my car at Dortmund airport, I hopefully have booked everything I need to book. I hope I haven't forgotten anything...
Just now I booked a parking lot which is located about 5 kilometers out of Dortmund airport. You can't park your car cheaper than for about 3 € per day. There is even a shuttle service that takes me and my brother 
In less than 27 hours we are on our way. The suitcases are well packed and only the last pieces are stowed away. At the Dortmund airport at 17:00 o'clock we will take a seat on 2 reserved seats. We arrive in Krakow on Monday evening before the SteemFest. The flight takes only about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Arrived in Krakow it is about 7 p.m. and we will make our way to the booked INXdesign Hotel. When we arrive at the INXdesign Hotel it is time to arrive and store everything.
As I've already read, a few more Steemians are already in Krakow on Monday evening. Maybe you could meet in advance, get to know each other and try out the culinary delights that Poland has to offer.
