Last week I was able to take a road trip with my oldest kid to the town of Flagstaff, AZ and what a great time it was. We took the scenic route on the way down from Oregon and our first stop was the town of Twin Falls, Idaho and the landmark Shoshone Falls
Shoshone Falls is a waterfall on the Snake River in southern Idaho approximately 3 miles (4.8 km) northeast of the city of Twin Falls. Sometimes called the "Niagara of the West," Shoshone Falls is 212 feet (65 m) high—45 feet (14 m) higher than Niagara Falls—and flows over a rim nearly 1,000 feet (300 m) wide.
We spent about 45 minutes wandering around the park that surrounds the falls, took some pictures then lit out for our next stop which happened to be in the MiddleofNowhere, Utah slight_smile but I'll save that for the next post.
Bye from Shoshone falls...
