A couple of UK virtual currency dealers have been robbed and forced to transfer bitcoins, in what is presented as a first in the press. The attack occurred in the village of Moulsford (southern England) on Monday, January 22: according to the Daily Mail, four hooded individuals entered the home of Amy Jay, 31, and Danny Aston, 30 years, forcing the latter to make a financial transfer into bitcoins from his computer.
*Consequently Several countries including France, Germany and the United Kingdom have recently announced their willingness to regulate the use of bitcoin. In December, South Korea banned anonymous virtual currency exchanges while launching a plan to fight financial fraud online.
