Romanians across the world are celebrating our national day today and I'm one of them. Truth is that I did that in a bar with a quite odd combination: tea and tuica(some sort of Romanian scotch).
Usually we have some local celebration with music, good food and happy people on the street, but covid doesn't allow us. It's become the ultimate boss...
The restaurant where I've been today had some nice winter decorations, prematurely mounted imo, but nice nevertheless.
This cute little one is the owners son, three years old I guess, wearing national outfit. His father is my own age, we studied at the same school at some point.
I guess I should have kids as well, if not being such a hartless degen... Everyone my ages has em.
What better way to celebrate Romania's national day than by washing the car? I guess I'm the worst patriot in the world.
I had company though and a helping hand, that cried once in a while. Another friends kid... What the heck, everyone is having kids these days...
Anyway, happy National Day to all the Romanian Hivers as well and see you to the next post.
Oh, and if you haven't visited the country yet, give it a chance. You have a free boat cruise from me if getting to my area.
Thanks for attention,
Adrian
