In the process of coating my whole flat roof with Gaco Flex 4200. It is a 100% silicone product that is designed to bring life back into old flat roofs. It is good for flat roofs because it can handle ponding water with ease. Finished a small 200 sqft section today. Will see how it does before I cost the large part of the roof.
