Perceval refused to go to war with America for canceling the Rothchild's owned bank charter. At 49 years old, they had him assassinated. As soon as he was dead, England went to war with the USA in the war of 1812. To this day, the media still mock this man who paid the same price as our Lincoln, and J. F. Kennedy.
