All of these are listed on the steembottracker.com website as bid-bots. After having some bad experiences with most of these bots, I did some digging into their accounts for the last week and this is what I found.

Fixed bots listed as bid-bots:

Hive account@buildawhale max roi 10 | 5 sbd bid will never give you more than 10.25
Hive account@emperorofnaps 1 sbd bid = 1.79 vote at max
Hive account@estream.studios 0.2 bid =0.39 upvote atmax
Hive account@foxyd max of 2x if you submit a 0.1 max upvote you will get is 0.2; but most of my experience has been .17
Hive account@oceanwhale a 0.1 bid = 0.19 upvote at max
Hive account@onlyprofitbot caps at 2.1 | 0.1 bid = 0.21 vote at max
Hive account@profitvote max return 2x even if you should get higher. 0.1 bid = 0.2 vote
Hive account@promobot 10 sbd gives a max 17.52 vote
Hive account@pushbot max roi 10% dispenses 0.02 vote for a 0.01 even if you are only bidder.
Hive account@singing.beauty max roi 10% 0.2 SBd bid give you .39 vote steem.services owns this bot and uses it for personal 100% upvotes to friends after shorting winning auctions.
Hive account@smartsteem caps roi at 10%
Hive account@spydo max roi 15% so on a .5 Steem bid they will give you 0.99 even if you are only bidder
Hive account@therising Bid 1 sbd get a 1.93 vote
Hive account@upboater Max Roi 10 0.1 gets you a 0.2 vote
Hive account@upgoater wants you to bid 0.1 for a 0.1 upvote... that's not even an auction it's a 1:1 paid upvote
Hive account@upmewhale max Roi 10 1SBD gets you a 0.99 upvote
Hive account@upmyvote caps max vote to 2x your bid...
Hive account@whalebuilder a 0.1 will get you a max of 0.18 even with no other bidders

Bots with bid value greater than vote value:

Hive account@automation bid value to high for vote value... & max roi = 5%
Hive account@bid4joy 0.13 upvote for a 0.1 bid...
Hive account@noicebot bid amount to high. if 2 people bid they will both loose.

Straight theft bots:

Hive account@boostbot appropriately named... has only voted 1nce in the last 24 hours
Hive account@edensgarden this bot is a real gamble bot. hit or miss.. when a hit you do well when you miss it takes all!
