Starting today, I'm beginning to publish a series of posts about my travel to Kamchatka. It took place in September 2015 and was very rich and memorable. So I have something to tell and show you!
So, let's start. We fly from Vladivostok to Kamchatka. Three hours of flight - and we're there!
Elizovo Airport meets us with an interesting view of the volcano, shrouded in clouds.
And here is the airport building itself. Small and unsightly.
We were met and we can walk a little in a small park located near the airport.
We throw things on the apartment to relatives and, without losing time, we go for a walk around the city!

And in the local market, prices for tomatoes and cucumbers are several times higher than ours!
On the same day, towards evening, we were taken to the Avacha River, where the famous monument "Here Russia Begins"
And here is the Avacha River itself
It would seem that there is nothing remarkable about the river, which is very much in Russia. However, there is at it one feature: here annually goes on spawning red fish. Unfortunately, poachers here are also enough, so everywhere along the river we observed a dead fish. So, the caviar was taken away, and the fish were thrown out as useless. People...
Here and there gulls and fishermen. Apparently there is still something to catch.
And yet it's beautiful here! Although the cool autumn breeze was already making itself felt.
Ahead of us was waiting for a lot of everything new and unusual and the feeling of anticipation of an interesting traveling already overwhelmed us.
