This/ almost last week was really just a matter of getting them in.
I'm putting it down mainly to the weather being the reason why I just wasn't feeling up to it this week, but sometimes it is really just a matter of getting them in!
Wednesday Run - as fast as I could 5K
I headed out around my regular local 5K route and just went off at what I thought was a reasonable pace, however it wasn't that fast....
But sometimes you just have to take it: I started off slow and gradually upped the pace towards the end!
Saturday's Run - slower 5K trot around
I was away Saturday evening so this was just a matter of getting out for a local slow paced trot...
Next weeks plans...
Hopefully I'll be back up to three runs next week, but I'll be taking it pretty easy I think, the weather looks dodge going forwards!
