I still haven’t got round to finding a training plan yet but I managed to force myself out of my bed early this morning so I could go for a run before work. Not sure how I did it though as I had a few beers last night!
It wasn’t a long run nor was it fast but it was still a run. Even though it was early it was still really hot and humid.
