The day is approaching!
On Sunday 21st of January, 09:30AM Barcelona Time, I'm participating in this race:
(Source)
It is a 10K race, certified, and assigned by the Catalan Athletics Federation as the "2018 Catalan Championchip", flat city track but also a little bit wavy, it seems to be not so fast as used to be in the past years.
(see below the race Maptrack)

The last time I run this race was 3 years ago on which my time there was 37'51" .
This year my intention is to get a better chrono, maybe below 37' I guess.
If you are interested on how I have been prepared my last months of training you can also visit my blog. Almost every day I am posting my workouts there.
Have a look at this post to see my last 10K race time on December 31st "Last 10K Race of 2017... AND THE WINNER IS... [44/50 #fiftyrunstillmay]".
(By the way, last time the winner waswho approach closer to 36'39" which was my time there)
My last preparation workout was done last Wednesday with the completion of 5x1000 intervals at 3'22"/pace except the fifth one which I failed :-) (see "Five kilometers of agony... (5x1000 Fast Repetitions Workout)" )
Can you guess what will be my time on that race?
