Sunday used to be the day for the Long Run. This is my first one since the start of the new running season so, saying "Long" does not mean anything outstanding now...
I have just increase the volume of kilometers a little and include some hills in the way, passing from and average of 6 km a day to 8Km, that I run in 37'45" (so around 4'45/km pace). The last 200m I did walk:
After the running session, as usual, 5 to 10 minutes of soft stretching to recover tendons and muscles. Step by step getting fitter.
