The waters of Ladoga are considered to be among the most fresh. All minerals are contained therein in minimum quantities.

And what a clean air on Lake Ladoga! It's all in the coniferous forests on the banks. They create an indescribable fragrance. This air is very useful for the lungs, it cleans the airways very well. Many tourists, hitting in these forests, in the first hours of their holiday complain of slight dizziness. People are so used to breathe the smog of big cities, that for the organism to become very unaccustomed to the oxygen of this place.
