Don't have to much PP on this plot only about 44K PP but the common occupied I just won from the contest is taking 14 days to build lol. If I used time crystals it would cost 900 to finish it so I will be waiting the 14 days as that is to much of the return I would be giving up as it would not make it back up in 14 days. Glad to have a third SPS occupied plot coming in as I have excess grain still from my legendary and epic grain plots which can support my entire operation as well as deposit extra into the LP for grain now. I can finally start doing rebates for taxes and incorporate the LP into it as well. Just need to figure out who is in my tract and what plots are active and meet the criteria then let everyone know what the criteria is so they can adjust the PP if needed as well as maybe start working additional plots as the goal is to grow the cash flow to the keep and also put a single deposit in for the reward LP and let that grow for a month then monthly distribute those earnings as well as a part of the keeps taxes collected to eligible plots. I will be making a eligibility spreadsheet for the tract with a few simple adjustments and things that will impact how much of the rewards are distributed to each person. It will be done monthly for the dec usdc pool and quarterly for the dec-grain lp due to the penalties. Half of the lps earnings will be directly sent to land owners in the tract and the rest will go to compound in the LP and a portion retained maybe 10-20% will go to upgrade the keep as well as buy card for the additional plots owned in the tract by me so it can increase the distributions as well and attract higher pp plots. The legendary, epic and rare plots as well as sps plots and research will have extra weighting if they exceed certain pp thresholds as they are likely to produce the most for the tract so they will be incentivized to put a large amount of pp on each plot. Details for the exact rewards will be coming out in the next two weeks as the LP in now active and the usdc-dec lp has started on bsc. I will need to get a list of all the tract land holders that qualify for the bsc rewards which will be set at a higher bar in order to keep the eligible people to the plots or combined PP that is substantial to the tract and give them a bonus. The grain-dec lP will be awarded at a lower threshold and the part of the taxes received will be distributed at the lowest threshold so to get all three you must have a high PP plot that exceeds all thresholds and it must exceed all thresholds for everyday during the time period or pro rata for the first period and if they do not meet it for the last period they get no rewards and the rewards are reinvested in the pool for the rest of the tract. The LPs are ment to be a growing reward from a single deposit and then subsequent reinvestments in order to grow the distribution over time with no cap.
