Our garden has turned into a bed of daisies and dandelions! In combination with the warm spring sun I had the opportunity to take a few shots a few days ago and I'm showing you some today.
Tell me your thoughts...
They would make such a great setting for a spring story. Some fairies... some elves? Some naughty insects maybe? How about a spider or a curious little ant who flew away on a dandelion seed? Tired as it was by a life full of work, disheartened by the daily sweat and toil found shelter under the daisy petals and sighed...
"What if I could fly away? Just like the birds that eat us ants. Then I would be free and I would see all of the world. They say it's beautiful. And vast!"
And what if our little ant friend used some of the dandelion seeds as a fan to cool itself down before returning back to work? And what if it moved that fan really really fast and the good-hearted wind that happened to hear the tired ant's dreams came to give a helping hand and helped it fly away...
with wings made of dandelion seeds...
What if we could fly away in our dreams above a pink and white daisy field with wings without feathers?
What if we had wings made of dandelion seeds?
What if...?
Perhaps if I ever find the time and get in the right mood these thoughts would turn into a sweet children's story. Who knows?
Thank you so much for your time!
Until my next post,
Steem on and keep smiling, people!
