1st October 1990 - 2018, 28 years are now done when the former soldiers begun the liberation war that they won on 4th July 1994 by stopping the Tutsi genocide.
Patriotism refers to the love and devotion of the country. Commonly patriotism is celebrated appreciating the great work that was done by young boys and girls that were led by late Maj.Gen Fred Gisa RWIGEMA.
Today this day is not celebrated officially because it was combined by the 1st February Rwandan Heroes day.
