habe ich diese tolle Reihe entdeckt. Ins Leben gerufen wurde das ganze von
Neben "Call it Carma" gefällt mir das Stück "My Heroine" sehr gut. Dieses möchte ich euch heute vorstellen.

I discovered this great series. It was
created by. Thanks a lot for that.
After a famous band last week, this week it will be a less known band
again. Silverstein - a Canadian post hardcore band I may have
discovered in 2002. Some years later I was allowed to see them at Rock
am Ring. In 2006 they released an acoustic album "18 Candles: The
Early Years". Here pieces of the previous albums were reworked.
Besides "Call it Carma" I like the song "My Heroine" very much. I
would like to introduce this to you today.
Text
The drugs begin to peak A smile of joy arrives in me But sedation
changes to panic and nausea And breaths starts to shorten And
heartbeats feel softerYou won't try to save me! You just want to break me! You're
leaving this way! You taunt my heart, a sense I never knew I had I
can't forget The times that I was lost and depressed from the awful
truth How do you do it? You're my heroin! You won't leave me alone! Tears of my heart turn to stone! You're
leaving this way!You taunt my heart, a sense I never knew I had I can't forget The
times I was lost an depressed from the awful truth How do you do it?
You're my heroin!I bet you laugh, at the thought of me thinking for myself (myself) I
bet you believe, that I'm better off with you than someone else Your
face arrives again, all hope I had becomes so real But under your
covers more torture than pleasure And just past your lips there's
mores anger than laughter Not now or forever will I ever change you
I know that to go on, I'll break you my habit! You taunt my heart, a sense I never knew I had I can't forget The
times when I was lost and depressed from the awful truth How do you
do it? You're my heroin!I will save myself!
