Hello everyone ! My name is Dave Davies, professional field guide and host of many, many tours and game drives throughout Southern-Africa over the past 30 years.
I'm situated next to the world renowned Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserves, cradled in the heart of Northern Zululand, South-Africa. The reserve was established on 30 April 1895 and is over 127 years old this year, current Governing body is Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. The Reserves play host to an abundant variety of wildlife, everything from the Magnificent 7, down to the small 5. I do love them all, but the Ellies are my favorite. I've been fortunate enough to experience many wonders and will be sharing some of my experiences from the past and all my future tour experiences here with you all.
After 30 years of freelancing for & with other travel companies and tour operators throughout Southern Africa, I've recently embarked off on starting my own Tour Operation, based out of Hluhluwe, Kwa-Zulu Natal, as tourism has taken a huge knock over the last couple years with everything going on out there in the world, I take on my biggest challenge, and would greatly appreciate any support in getting my content out to the world. Please join me as I embark on this epic travel adventure, whilst enjoying great viewings of past and present.
Game Drives
Usually we will run these throughout various reserves in and around Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal. I offer custom packages, according to clients request. We look for the big 5 and everything else nature has to offer in the African bush. From the beaches of the Dolphin Coast off Durban, to the Elephant Coast of Northern Kwa-Zulu Natal, nestled between the borders of The Kingdom eSwatini and the Republic of Mozambique and further.
Boat/Barge Cruises/Charters
Various lakes, estuaries, rivers and harbor's offer excellent cruises, catering for groups small and large and boasting a variety of ecosystems. Join me to experience the best of them be they fresh water or marine.
Sightseeing
Visit the sights of Southern-Africa, from urban cities to coastal towns. Colonial farm lands to rural communities. Wetlands to Dune Forests, Day or Night. Southern Africa has much to share. Join me in taking in the sights.
I've only recently started uploading some of my content to the internet, of which most are videos, now live on my TikTok where I have had a relatively decent reception, my friend 
Everyone can look forward to me sharing my videos and photos here on a regular basis, and I truly hope everyone enjoys them as much as I enjoy taking them, and maybe some day come join me on tour.
