Facilities:
- Shower costs 50 NOK extra.
- Apparently no laundry.
- Thrash bin was completely full when we visited the place.
- Restaurant and public grills
- Apparently, only one toilet for all guests and all visitors to the restaurant, that seems too little.
- Apparently, no septic pumping station
Harbour fee: 250 NOK @ 2018-05, regardless of boat size, if paid cash. Harbour fee can also be paid through some mobile app.
Sunday we went to Larvik, but as we were approaching I checked on Internet, and the town itself doesn't have any guest harbour. I have some problems with the anchoring gear at the moment, so we just turned around and looked for a place in the nearest marina - and indeed, they do receive guests (quite many harbours in Norway are only for the permanently moored boats).
Our first impression was great - we were just circling a bit, and then lots of people gathered to help us moore up. Actually, I was the only one to leave the boat (except that my wife was helping with the mooring), I went first time to pay the harbour due, next time to dump some thrash and see the toilet and then again in the morning to take some pictures. From that point of view we could as well have been by anchor. The breakwater had no electricity nor running water, some of the things we typically see guest harbours for.
In the house behind, there is the resturant/café operated by the sailing association. There are also public grills available here. In the early evening two days ago, there were lots of people on this place.
There was one guy in one of the nearest boats that took both an evening bath and a morning bath, though he did not jump from here, he used the rescue ladder at the end of the breakwater. Water is still quite cold even though the air is hot in the daytime.
The nearest building and surrounding areas are for "members only".

This is not only a harbour, it's also a sailing association, organizing regattas
Such dhingies are often used for sailing regattas for children
"Seilerhytta kro"
Our boat ... ended up lonely and at the end of the breakwater, after the other boats left
