Al-Masri Mohammed Salah was named Liverpool's top player in the Football Association of England's (BFA) referendum to dominate individual awards after a season in the Premier League.
Salah earlier won the Association of Professional Footballers' Football League, scoring 43 goals in all competitions.
Salah, 25, became the first African player to receive this important award.
Salah led Liverpool, who are third in the league, to the Champions League final for the first time in 10 years.
Liverpool will play Roma in a Champions League semi-final on Wednesday after winning 5-2 at Anfield, where Salah scored two goals and made two more.
Salah holds Egypt's hopes at the World Cup when they compete in Group A with Russia, the landowners, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
