I am really not happy with the way my other phone won’t turn on. It’s a Samsung Galaxy S8+. The follow-come charger got spoilt some days back and I got a new cord.
I used the cord to charge the phone overnight (while still on) and in the morning I unplugged the phone (it was still on).
Fast-forward to about 3hours later when I picked up the phone and it was dead. I have tried the hard reset by simultaneously pressing the power button and volume down /up button to no avail. I’ve tried the Bixby key too. Help please🤦🏽♀️
