SAND Test proposal 1 Request for List of San Diego Steemians to Delegate SAND Power to+ I just paid $180USD or 1000 ENG / Steem for Delegation for SAND San Diego Token

I just paid 1000 ENG a large investment of $180+ USD aprox worth of cryptocurrency that I took from EOS, and its risky but this is how much I believe in my SAND token (Which is also EOS based by the way)

i will be finishing a white paper rough draft today. I know it may seem like I should have had a white papaer before paying all this money, almost $1000 USD now for SAND, well over that for A.S.S. and SAND, but I think it will be well worth it when I dedicate myself to promoting this website in my own local city, using the idea of a Bitcoin for San Diegans as the idea to reel them in. Everyone gets 1 if they are in San Diego (And with an airdrop with the help of Hive account@gerber I can make sure more than the 1600+ Steemians have some SAND.

I have now staked 1 M SAND to Hive account@sandiegocoin and have 2M liquid for the San Diego Resident Pool. 1,425,976 is the 2018 estimate for San Diego, California. so 2 Million should be plenty. I dont anticipate everyone will even claim them but I would like to maintain a system that holds 1 for each resident for a long time and I will find a simpel way to use vouchers with banjo and direct mail or email or social media to send a voucher for the SAND token to every San Diego Resident or have them ready for every resident.

And now my Hive account@sandiegocoin account can give out 700+ SAND or enough to give to Proposals.

SO WHo lives in San Diego, California? OR who would like to at least HELP run this projet with me?
