Hello San Diego Steem Users,
This past weekend I attended a Parent Academy which was hosted by the Chula Vista Elementary School District and was pleasantly surprised that families with students who attend schools in the K-12 grades and are considered "low income" are eligible to receive high speed internet for only $9.95 per month.
Anyone who qualifies for free or reduced lunch (or any other government programs is available), and lives in the San Diego Area, is eligible to receive the low cost internet.
There are also refurbished laptops for $150, Computers for $80 and Tablets for $50 available. The devices are on a first come first serve basis, and I have heard that they do run out fast - however, the internet is available for all eligible people.
You can see if you qualify for the program by visiting www.cox.com/lowcostinternet.

Thank you San Diego Coin for giving me a platform to blog about things that are "San Diego Only" steem is a great platform, but I would NEVER post opportunities like this on a platform where most of my readers come from all over the world.
This opportunity is very San Diego County Specific.
Heya San Diego Peeps, let me know if you qualify for $9.95 internet. I know this mama is happy to get a little relief from that large $50+ bill.
