Since there were only two entries, I decided to do a coin flipper on random.org, where 
According to Wikipedia, the obverse of the coin (a.k.a. heads) is the side that is localised/nationalised for each country, while reverse (a.k.a. tails) is the other side that shows the whole EU, as well as the standardized value of the coin.
