Contest Rules Update
The April contest is likely to be smaller, but I'm going to change the rules slightly this time around.
To win there are two steps to enter:
- re-blog the post
- comment
The winner(s) will be selected in the same way over the 7 day contest, by votes on the comments. I want to get as many people as we can interested and involved in the great #hbi community.
How to support the Monthly Contest
The best way to support this contest is by voting on my posts. The posts are set up 50/50 for rewards and all the HBD are converted to HIVE at the end of the month for the contest. The more HBD the larger the pot.
If the HIVE at the end of the day is <25, it is a winner take all.
From 25-<35:
- 1st place 20 HBI
- 2nd place the rest
If the pool is >35:
- 3rd place 5 HBI
- 2nd place 10 HBI
- 1st place the rest
If this becomes so popular that it is more than 50, or that HBD stays pegged and HIV plummets for some reason, we will add more places and some honourable mentions for playing.
I will sell all the HBD in my wallet when all the payouts for the previous month are complete and start the contest then. I don't look at the market at all when this happens, and if I'm lazy the conversion will be using the HIVE system which takes another few days.
