Ezra 7:25; And you, Ezra, according to your God-given wisdom, set magistrates and judges who may judge all the people who are in the region beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God; and teach those who do not know them.
For lack of knowledge, my people perish. Indeed, wisdom is principal thing, so is knowledge acquisition. Any society which seeks to progress, grow and develop itself in whichever endeavors it seeks to engage in ought to acquire knowledge and increase themselves in literacy and to this the church is not exception. What pastors do is to teach us the word of God, feed us and increase our literacy rate that we may grow in the church and together grow the church, without the knowledge we will be at a stand still and others would be able to easily deceive us into believing anything or even doing anything as we may not even know what we are about.
This is why the giving of the spirit is diversified, that the church may be edified in different ways and dimensions for the acquisition of knowledge and understanding and the growth of the individuals and the church. Thus it is pertinent that after this acquisition we go out there and get it to others that they may also acquire knowledge and understanding in Christ and grow as we have been made to grow. The use of the knowledge to help develop others also constitute wisdom, which is why the Word said, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Brethren today i'd like to admonish you to take on the great commission and spread the word, teach others for them to also obtain knowledge for it is what Christ has asked us to do and you crown will surely be great. Have glorious week.
