The simple act of opening our mouths and starting to say a series of words will determine a solution and concretion action for each of our projects, goals and objectives. Words have power: power to build a fence to protect your dream, but also to be able to destroy what you dreamed so long with words of contempt if you accept them in your life.
Why do not we grow more? because we settle for two or three things that we have learned.
By feeling "illegitimate" we always do the same because "we do not deserve the blessings of God", something inside us disables us to receive the new from God. Since boy / a promised things in life that were not fulfilled and you settled in the "I do not deserve it." You learned that disappointment hurts, you prefer not to get excited so that it does not hurt, you do not want to risk it, in case that what you hope does not happen to you and then you will suffer, that way a person who believes that he does not deserve it and think that God also it's like that.
When Moses was in the desert he was sure, but he was a slave because "he was in his grave" he had not been called to take care of sheep but to be a deliverer.
For example, work in the office, in the factory, even at home or anywhere else can become "the grave of your dreams". God does not rule you out for the mistakes you make or for your fears, in a moment Moses killed an Egyptian who mistreated an Israelite, his intention was to free him, then God redoubled his bet: "you wanted to free one but now you are going to free to a whole people, BECAUSE YOU ARE THE SON AND HEIR OF GOD.
There are people who do not dare to go for the new, for conformism, live on the savings of the past life, of what they previously achieved: "I studied the Bible, I already made a career, etc." but we must continue learning.
We always have to go for more there are many Christians who are statues of salt "they always have to rescue something from the past".
God looks for those who ask for difficult things, we do not go for more because we have a weak faith, a sick faith: "I prayed for this and almost gave it to me", "I almost moved", "they almost give me a car". There is faith that serves for "the almost", but never stop to achieve it. God gave us a measure of faith, for example: we all think that each morning we are going to get up, that is why we put the alarm clock, here we use a measure of faith.
But the children of God have to grow our faith. According to our faith we will be made, we have to grow that measure of faith that we all have.
To the Syro-Phoenician woman Jesus said: "Your faith is a great woman," the Lord was amazed at his faith, but he said: "I can not give you what you ask, because I came for the children and you are a foreigner", He did it to touch her in faith, he was testing his faith.
She said: "I do not care if I deserve it or not, if I am worthy or not. I WANT IS MIRACLE!
There are miracles that we have not received because we condemn ourselves, we say: "I have sinned a lot", and you forget that Jesus is your Advocate. A strong faith is not scared by the size of the miracle, because God does not care to do something big or small.
In life we have unequal fights, for example when David fought against Goliath: the Lord loves those unequal fights, to glorify themselves in them, maybe you feel that you are in unequal conditions, but he tells you so you will take the faith strong that is inside you.
Hit the target, you have to go to the root of the problem, so that the other problems go away! Sometimes you have to use an "unshakeable faith" like that of the Syro-Phoenician woman, who is not moved by anything. It is that faith that does not attend to the mood of others (your husband, your children, neighbors, whether they believe or do not believe, do not pay attention to them).
Do not fight with the disbelief of others, have an unshakable faith, while everyone expects the worst, you hope for the best because then that will come!
When Jesus cursed the fig tree, it dried up, because when God speaks, things happen. Confession, the spoken word with authority has power.
Remove from your life everything that does not bear fruit, remove it; Your word has to be credible first for yourself and then for others. Abraham had an inner struggle between the age he had and the promise that God had given him, that is why he "believed in hope against hope". He placed the promise of God above his shattered hope, and in his time embraced his miracle!
