Well, Joe, if you’re looking for a black woman – and ONLY a black woman – as a Supreme Court nominee, then how about one of these: Stacey Dash, Winsome Sears, Halley Berry, or Kim Foxx?
Okay, Stacey Dash is a Republican, but she’s recently given up on Trump, so that’s a plus. She can help bring around to the Democratic column all those ex-Trump supporters. Winsome Sears is the new Lt. Gov. of Virginia, also a Republican, but she’s an immigrant, and Joe loves immigrants! Why else would he let millions of them walk across the border and then fly them around the country in the middle of the night?
I don’t know what Halley Berry’s politics are, but who cares? That’s not why she should be placed on the High Court. If we want people to pay attention to Supreme Court rulings, then let’s give ‘em an SC justice worth looking at! And Kimberly Foxx, State’s Attorney for Cook County, Illinois, has proven her BLM credentials by the splendid job she did of dismissing the 16-count indictment against Jussie Smollett. Besides, somebody who knows the law has got to stand up to Clarence Thomas and take the title of “The REAL Black Supreme Court Justice,” because obviously no authentic black person could possibly be a Republican!
Of course, there’s one other possible nominee for the High Court. Biden’s two essential criteria for an SC nomination are: You must be a woman and you must be black. So how’s this twofer idea? We all know that Bill Clinton, as “our first black president,” (in the words of Toni Morrison) only meets one of these requirements, while his wife meets the other, so maybe they could be named as one single nominee: BILLARY CLINTON. That gives us an alternative way to expand the Supreme Court – which is what Democrats want to do anyway – by simply naming two people to fill one seat!!!
