#SCFES AGREEMENT (empowerment) ENTERED INTO EFFECTIVE IN THE ORDER OF @sirknight BETWEEN @druids AND @farms, A SUB-COMMUNITY OF STEEMCHURCH ON STEEMIT.COM

The #SCFES AGREEMENT (empowerment) is entered into effective in the order of Hive account@sirknight as of 30th of MAY, 2018 by and between Hive account@druids, a steemchurch parishioner and Hive account@farms, a sub-community of steemchurch on steemit.com controlled by Hive account@abiye.

In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and other good and valuable consideration, the parties involved agree as follows:

• Payment of 100sbd to Hive account@druids by Hive account@farms for the sole purpose of running a poultry farm.

• Hive account@druids gives a monthly review of the progress levels of the poultry farm as a way to encourage other people and also a little assistance of #4400 monthly to support the empowerment program in achieving it's goal.

• Hive account@druids brings forth one person from steemit as a guarantor and as a symbol of trust for Hive account@druids good character and conduct.

TERMS AND TERMINATION

The initial term of this agreement is not timed as this is an empowerment scheme. The agreement is subjectable to addition of more funds by Hive account@farms if the success rate of the poultry is rapid and allows for employment of more people as staff.

Either party may terminate this agreement if dissatisfaction occurs at any point or any time. Termination of AGREEMENT can only happen with probable cause from either party or by default of contract agreement. Hive account@farms may terminate agreement and take actions if Hive account@druids

default in using the funds received for anything outside poultry farming without due permission from Hive account@farms.

APPLICABLE LAW: Construction

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws stated above without regards to any conflict of rule or principle that might refer to the governance of an external party not involving Hive account@sirknight or Hive account@abiye.

In the order of sirknight, the law will be at any and all times be upholded by @druids. Defaulting will result in due and legal actions by @farms and @sirknight.

This agreement will be at all times and in all events be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. 

Hive account@druids should read agreement contract and comment if he is in agreement to the terms stated therein before contract can be fully effective. All parishioners and Hive account@sirknight will be considered as witnesses as well as Hive account@msytiqueblinkx who was present at the initial meeting.
