on this chain, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, then prevents that waste to support the group.
how is this done
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, all you need to do is keep posting and youll get your votes based on your queue position. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if you have to leave your computer for a while, you can come back and your account will catch up.
