What exactly is SOM??
on this network, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. it waits till that point, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
how is this done
the person with an available post whos voted the most and received the least gets the next vote, your votes get returned with a surplus, keep posting, keep letting it vote, and youll get the maximum out. when youre behind, you will get more votes, when youre overpaid, it will spread to other users a bit first, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.

How do I join?
