on this chain, you cant have more than hundred percent voting power. it waits till that point, this waste is prevented to support the group.
who receives votes
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, your votes get returned with a surplus, keep posting, keep letting it vote, and youll get the maximum out. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if your unavailable to post for a while your account will remain active voting, and you can come back and enjoy more votes.

How do I join?
