on this social network, your voting power can not go over 100%. it waits till that point, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
who gets voted
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, your votes get returned with a surplus, keep posting, keep letting it vote, and youll get the maximum out. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
