What exactly is SOM??
on this network, you cant have more than 100% voting power. the system waits till you have nearly 100%, then prevents that waste to support the group.
who gets voted
your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, if you post every so often you should be able to get what you can get from it. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
letting it vote and posting is how you optimize your accounts growth
