on this network, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.
how is this determined
it balances the votes you make and receive to determine your position for the next vote, your votes get returned with a surplus, keep posting, keep letting it vote, and youll get the maximum out. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if you have to leave your computer for a while, you can come back and your account will catch up.
